QMy travel plans have changed. Can I still cancel?

Don't worry.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time will receive a full refund.

QWhat platforms/tools can be used for video calls?
A
As of autumn 2022, you can choose either Zoom or Google Meet.

QIs there anything I should pay attention to on the day of the event?
A
1. WiFi connection
Please check your own WiFi connection in advance.
2. Device
Please make sure that your battery is full. It is recommended to bring an additional mobile battery just in case.
3. Login
To ensure a smooth experience, the actual estimated start time is 5 minutes before the reservation start time.
4. Logout
The approximate end time is 15 minutes after the reservation end time.
Please note that there is no additional charge for the reserved time duration + 15 extra minutes. -
QIs it possible to take sightseeing photos during the experience (during video calls)?

Yes, this is possible. If you would lose your connection, please log out and log back in again.

QWhat happens if I need to take a phone call while I am on the video call?
A
Please let your guide know you’re taking a call, log out temporarily, and log in again after the call is over.

QDo you have guides who speak other languages besides English?
A
We currently support 4 languages: French, Spanish, English, and Japanese. We will add more languages in the future.
