Even if they are certified interpreter guides and want to convey the charms of Japan to tourists, they are often unable to put their abilities to use in a full-time workplace.

Japan is one of the countries in the world where the language barrier is particularly prominent. However, one of the ways to overcome this weakness is the utilization of video conferencing technology, which has actually been given a boost by the pandemic.
