Get Started
Once you arrive at your destination, you can simply connect to your personal guide using your smartphone or tablet.
Guides can be booked from a minimum of one hour, and you can book until a day before.

We will assign you an exclusive guide from our guide pool.
There is no charge for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time, so there is no need to worry about sudden changes in your travel schedule!

- Customized content
Please provide us with details about the places you will visit and any specific requests you may have. Please let us know about your personal interests in for example architecture, music, food, shopping, animation, etc.
Your guide will also be happy to make recommendations. -

- Listen to explanations via video call
Once you arrive at your destination, you can make a video call to your personal guide on your smartphone or tablet. You can choose from a variety of video call platforms, including Zoom and Google Meet, to listen to your guide's explanation.
Please provide your own communication environment (eg. pocket WiFi). And don't forget to charge your battery on beforehand!
